This are the terms and conditions of Radiant Nails Limited, registered number 766927. (‘we’, ‘our’, or ‘us’).
Our registered office is at L14, The Office Suite, Unit 2, Holywell Office Centre, Swords, Co. Dublin.


1. Introduction

Welcome to Radiant Nails Limited. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our online booking services and the provision of our nail care services. By accessing this website and/or booking an appointment, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Radiant Nails Limited services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Booking and Payment


2.1 Online Bookings: All appointments must be booked through our online booking system.

2.2 Offline Bookings: Offline bookings can be made by phone at 0899725553.
2.3 Advance Payment: An advance payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment for both online and offline bookings. This payment will be deducted from the total cost of the service.
2.4 Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund of the advance payment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit the advance payment. Refunds for services are not provided unless there is a fault on the part of Radiant Nails Limited.

2.5 If you need to reschedule your appointment, the advance payment will be transferred to the rescheduled booking. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the original appointment time. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to availability.

3. No-Show Policy


If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, your advance payment will be forfeited. We reserve the right to retain this amount as a cancellation fee to compensate for the time reserved for you.

This policy is in place to ensure that appointment slots are utilized efficiently and to respect the time of our staff and other clients.

4. Age Restrictions and Parental Consent


4.1 Parental Consent: Clients under 18 years of age must provide written parental consent to receive services at Radiant Nails Limited.
4.2 Nail Extensions: We do not perform nail extensions on clients under 16 years of age.
4.3 Gel Services: We do not perform gel services on clients under 14 years of age.

5. Service Policy


5.1 Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive to ensure that all our clients are satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please inform us within 24 hours, and we will endeavor to address your concerns.
5.2 Health and Safety: For the safety and health of all clients, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with a nail or skin condition that may be contagious or that we feel may be compromised by the service.

6. Client Responsibilities


6.1 Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate and truthful information when booking appointments and during consultations.
6.2 Arrival Time: Please arrive at the your scheduled appointment time. Please do not come earlier than your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling in case that you arrive with more than 15 min later after scheduled appointment time.

7. Client Conduct

We expect all clients to conduct themselves in a respectful manner while on Radiant Nails Limited premises. Any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service and advance payment will be forfeited. We reserve the right to retain this amount as a cancellation fee to compensate for the time reserved for you.

8. Liability


8.1 Personal Belongings: Radiant Nails Limited is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
8.2 Service Outcome: Radiant Nails Limited is not liable for any dissatisfaction or adverse reactions to products used during the service if the client has failed to disclose relevant medical or personal information. Clients are advised to inform the technician of any known allergies or sensitivities prior to the service.

9. Privacy Policy


9.1 Data Protection: Radiant Nails Limited is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information provided during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. 9.2 Communication: By booking an appointment, you consent to receive communication from Radiant Nails Limited regarding your appointment and occasional promotional offers. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
